Miles Harrison is a guest contributor to the Transatlantic Puzzle. He holds a BA in International Relations and Russian from the University of St Andrews and an MSc in Global Governance and Diplomacy from the University of Oxford. Based in London, Miles writes about issues related to economic statecraft, U.S. foreign policy, diplomacy and technology, and the role of regional institutions in managing U.S.-European-Russian affairs. He previously worked at the Albright Stonebridge Group in Washington, DC, and is currently at FTI Consulting focusing on financial regulation.
